The 90-Day Empty-Bottle Guarantee

The resting phase of a hair follicle lasts around three months, so that is how long our guarantee runs. Use The AfterShed System as directed for the full 90 days. If you do not see the difference you were hoping for, contact us at support@aftershed.com within 100 days of delivery, return your empty bottles together with your weekly photos (see the details below), and we will refund your purchase price in full. No interrogation, no store credit tricks.

The details

• The guarantee applies to your first purchase of The AfterShed System (up to one 4-month supply per customer).
• We ask for the empty bottles because the guarantee exists for women who actually completed the protocol.
• Weekly photos are required. The guarantee only applies if, throughout the 90 days, you took (1) at least one progress photo of your part line every week, in the same light and from the same angle, and (2) at least one photo every week showing the serum being applied with the press stamp. Please send these photos (with their dates) along with your claim. Without a complete set of weekly photos we cannot assess whether the routine was followed, and the guarantee does not apply.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
• Return shipping for guarantee claims within the United States is on us: we send a prepaid label.

Unopened products

Changed your mind? Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email support@aftershed.com with a photo and your order number and we make it right at no cost to you.
